We ship orders USPS (post office) and use delivery confirmation on all orders.
We give free mini unmounted stamps (rubber only) with all orders to help offset SOME of the shipping. This is also a free gift from us to our customers. We do NOT take requests on the freebie stamps, they are of OUR choice, not the customer's choice. Many are not available thru the web page so are one of a kind stamps. You may not request mounted stamps instead of the unmounted stamps.
Overnight delivery is an option (though not on the web page--call for more info) and is $25.00 additional beyond regular s/h charges. Overnight requests must be made before noon Central time. Requests after noon may not make it overnight and take an extra day. There is no reduced rate for after noon requests for overnight delivery. The additional charge covers the postage and our time to close our store, and rush the order and take it to the post office.
Refunds/Returns:
NO refunds/ returns without prior authorization and approval of CowTown Stamps. Refunds/returns are dealt with on an individual basis. NO refunds/returns on magazines. Refund/return policy subject to change without notice.
Payment Options:
We do NOT accept checks. Mc/Visa/Discover, money order in US funds or cash only. Sorry we do not take American Express.
Discounts & Donations:
Please do not ask for discounts on anything. We will not give them; we do not reduce shipping for any reason; we do not accept postage stamps as payment for shipping. Shipping charges are as stated above or as calculated on the web page during your order before the order is finalized.
We have local organizations and events that we donate stamps and supplies to, so please do not contact us looking for a donation of any kind.
Out of Stock Stamps:
We make all our own line of rubber stamps so there are never stamps "out of stock." We may have to press a stamp to fill an order, but we always have our own CowTown or doxiestamps.com line of stamps available for you to purchase.
Wholesale:
We wholesale ONLY to b/m stores. Brick and mortar stores must prove they are currently in business, with sellers permit or tax license, have regular hours to the public and not have their store in their home. |
